"...that will change your drum game."

I don't know why I like this marketing BS...

I'm thinking I'm getting allergic for these "ever sounding the same sub, snare and hat riffs" of this trap (crap?) genre.
Every time I click on a sound preview playing these irritating subs, ugly tiny snare hits and annoying rattling hihats I get kind of nauseous..... I can't be the only one...

It's like eating sprouts every day, every week, every month.

I don't think top notch Hip-Hop Producers actually load drums into Kontakt but rather use Maschine, Battery or an MPC. Simply because you have much more control over the drums (Individual Envelopes, EQs, Compression) and you don't have the hassle of routing everything.

But "hey, let's just throw a meaningless skin over a small Kontakt library and link a knob to the distortion and sell it for 20 bucks". LOL. Like as if that's all that makes a hit.

Considering the price he sells this, if it was a full dvd worth of sounds it would sell for about 4000$. He turns the distortion all the way up and nothing changes. The beat in the video is pre-recorded, probably so we don't hear how cheap his dist sounds. If he's over 17 he needs to be prosecuted. The nerve some people have. Grammys lol. Keep chasing em mate.

All you naysayers are just jealous that you don't have a bucket of Grammy's (which is *every producer's dream,) and a personal studio in Florida, a state which is known to be a state that...produces great...sound packs? /:/
I think lonno is right about people predominantly using Maschine/Battery/MPC's for their drums. I stopped trying to use drums in Kontakt quite a while back. I usually just tear out the Kontakt WAV samples from the packs (if there are any.)
Also? I might have agree with you about his sound, taskforce.
I wish the demos had *just what is in the pack, soloed, and then a full mix. I don't think that that's too much to ask.
