Producer Kit - R&B 90's Loop kit 5

The samples in this kit aren't original created. they were chopped up or modified from actual songs. Thats why they didn't disclose " royalty free " because legally they can't do that. but it amazes me how there able to make money of these lol if they don't own the samples there using to make these.

...i mean you would only have to do 'something' if you are selling beats containing this content or if you land a placement the label would want to know information about the sample you used.
for example: im sure they used a Aaliyah or SWV Acapella track on some of these loops. so you would either contact the website to see what they used or... idk f*** what im saying just use and enjoy its literally the same as sampling a Michael Jackson song, chopping it and posting is on soundcloud or youtube.
