A) It's not going to happen because nobody but the op can do this since mirrors are locked and I can't imagine that he's looking for ways to do even more work. B) Why would it be nice? It's much more convenient to have 1 file download than 2. In fact i can't think of one conceivable reason why two parts would be preferable.

Right, I missed the disclaimer about mirrors.
Regarding your question, I only use the free links so usually my download speed is capped at 100 kb/s and this file is bigger than usual (+plus most link generator sites have trouble with Uploaded these days for some reason).
