It Says It Cant Be Loaded Because Ether The Licenses Are Missing Or Time-Limited Licenses Have Expierd so Is This Not Patched Or What Ever Has To Be Done To Have a Valid License Thanks

There is no part 1 there is simply one .vstsound file. Is anyone getting this to show up in their HALion without an issue with licensing?

This is completely useless without a license. Cubase will not allow you to even open this in HALion.
