Every Celestion 12” and 10” guitar speaker impulse response collection (at date of release), brought together in one incredible “Complete” collection.
Each speaker impulse response collection includes five cabinet configurations, providing the full spectrum of tone that the speaker has to offer:
1×10 or 1×12 (open back)
1×10 or 1×12 (closed back)
2×10 or 2×12 (open back)
2×10 or 2×12 (closed back)
4×10 or 4×12 (closed back)
Our expert sound engineers have painstakingly recorded each of these cabinet configurations in a world-class room using three of the most popular professional mics available – a Shure SM57, a Sennheiser MD421 and a Royer ribbon mic. Each mic was in turn recorded in six unique positions (including a rear mic for the open back cabinets) and labelled within the IR files as Balanced, Bright, Fat, Thin, Dark and Dark 2.
In addition, a Neumann TLM107 room mic was used to create extra mic mixes to offer the user a huge range of tonal options.
