REQ: Three-Body Technology Lost Soul
In order to retain the subtle, deep, and flowing water characteristics of the cave flute, we specially customized the nine-section purple bamboo flute. From the selection of bamboo, the humidity of maintenance and the technique of performance, every detail has been scrutinized and considered by the team. As for the sampling and recording of Dongxiao, we are also honored to invite the outstanding young Chinese flute and flute performer, the soloist of the Central National Orchestra, the member of the Chinese National Orchestra Association, the director of the Chinese Bamboo Flute Committee, and the teacher Ma Yun, the winner of the Wenhua Award of the Ministry of Culture, for We carry out technical guidance. In the recording session, the adjustments of the recording studio, microphones, mic preamps, and various effects have also been carefully studied and deliberated by us. During the recording process, we used 5 microphones to record. In the range of just a dozen tones, we recorded a total of 6 times, edited 20,000 initial samples, and successfully condensed them into 1,868 samples.

In the production process of Qianli, we have retained the adjustability of the product. During recording, we used 5 microphones with different positions to capture the radiation characteristics of different frequencies of the flute, and mixed them into yin and yang when the tracks were stacked, and the far-field stereo has four channels in total. The four channels are completely reserved for the sound source. By adjusting their ratio, users can get a very changeable sound of the Dongxiao.
