You don't seem to understand how iLok works.
iLok allows for three different authorizations:

1. dongle.
2. use your computer to install a license file on your hard drive
3. iLok cloud with internet connection.

"machine authorization" refers to number 2. you install the license on your computer, using the license manager.
there is no "authorization machine".

these have not been released in about a decade and i have my doubts the public will ever see them,
