It is a real SPEAKER not an IR of a speaker.
But the speaker is created to use WITH IR,s

Yeah, I don't think an IR of this particular speaker would be useful at all.

The idea behind it is to have the real one and play your modelers with IRs on through it. I've heard of guys trying it withouth any IR and saying the sound is total garbage.
