REQ: GForce M-Tron Pro v3.0 Update
M-Tron Pro - Version 3.0 Update
It's been a long time coming for the original software 'Tron so we're very pleased to finally announce the latest update to M-Tron Pro.
M-Tron Pro V3 features three new interface sizes in Small, Medium and Large along with a new 'Brake' feature.
M-Tron Pro V3 is a FREE update for registered users of M-Tron Pro and is available for immediate download from your account on our website via My Instruments.
Three interface options
Having asked you about your prefrerred interface sizes, we've rebuilt M-Tron Pro V3 to give you access to three different sizes.
Small 1200 x 638 pixels
Medium 1600 x 850 pixels
Large 3200 x 1720 pixels*
*SPECIAL NB: The Large UI is MASSIVE and likely to take up your enire screen. We’ve included this size mainly for educational establishments that may want others to see the interface from afar.
The Brake
With original Mellotron® and Chamberlin® models, adventurous players would apply pressure to the flywheel slowing the tapes down to create effects ranging from subtle pitch fuctuations to extreme tape stops. We’ve seen several instruments with a hole cut in the lid to allow players easy access to the flywheel but thankfully, in the virtual instrument world, we don’t need to resort to such butchery!
