It's almost not possible, because these expansions work a lot with waveforms. The sound is generated by different parameters in the editors. It would be a tedious work (if at all) to sample all possible combinations and even then it won't be complete due to all the additional fx sections. You would get some gigabytes of pretty useless stuff just like the Motif "libraries".

Only Roland could release them as new VSTis and they probably won't. Your best chance is to get something like a XV-2020 and the SRX card from eBay etc., sample the sounds you need yourself if you want to and sell it again.
