Hi,
I am Eddie Bazil of Samplecraze the duly authorized representative of the exclusive rights holder Hip Hop Producer Set Mega.
These exclusive rights are being violated by material available upon your site at the following URL(s):
http://audioz.eu/samples/audio-loops/page/5/

Here is the link to the product on my website:
http://www.samplecraze.com/product.php/262/hip-hop-producer-sets-1-and-2/

I have a good faith belief that the use of this material in such a fashion is not authorized by the copyright holder, the copyright holder's agent, or the law;

Under penalty of perjury in a United States court of law, I state that the information contained in this notification is accurate, and that I am authorized to act on the behalf of the exclusive rights holder for the material in question;

I may be contacted by the following methods (include all)

In the interim, we are fed up of contacting you continuously for removal of our infringed content and as our publishing lies with the BMI in the USA and MCPS in the UK we are leaving them to sort out the legal implictaions of this continual abuse of our shared content.

> AudioZ
Hello Eddie,
surely, the post you referring to has been removed from AudioZ.

All the best.

> Eddie Bazil
Hi,

Google probably removed it as I submitted a number of infringements to them.

This one still sits on your site even though in the past I have requested it to be removed many times.
http://audioz.info/index.php?do=search

TBH, I am getting really fed up of chasing companies like yours for infringements and therefore have passed these details onto our USA publishers.

Thanks,
Eddie

> AudioZ
- well, if that's how you want to play it, then there's no point for me to be cooperative with you.
i'm just trying to be the good guy here and respect developers wishes;

i don't care about any other web-sites, this is how things work on AudioZ.

So, think about it before sending any threats in our way.

Good luck.

> Eddie Bazil
It's not a threat, it's called 'anger and disgust'.
You think you are doing me a favour by removing stolen content and offering it to your userbase to generate traffic you can benefit from?

Personally, I find people like you both detructive and fraudulent.

You say you don't care how other websites operate huh? Well, how many times do I have to write to your company to have content removed and once it is you give it a few days and up it goes again and I have to go through the same procedure every time? Same old practices by the same old thieving sites.

You think our publishers won't take action for one source? Really, so loss of income through you flagrant abuse makes it a non starter for all concerned?

Fine, you have a simple choice and it's not about you getting angry, because personally, I hold people like you in contempt, so if you think you are co-operating and then threatening not to co-operate because people like me get sick of being thieved by criminals like you then you need to think again. The freeloading days are coming to a close for thieves like you, so either remove our infringed content immediatley or we will take this a step further and hold you liable.

You don't want to co-operate, fine with me. We will pass all email dialogue to our publishers and their lawyers and then watch the fun.
BTW, these copyrights are also owned by MCPS, so I am sure they might like to grovel to your kind needs.

You decide. I am happy to commence litigation and with the current laws in place you cannot hide anymore behind the 'we don't host any...rubbish' anymore.
You provide direct links to infringed content and you benefit from it, so if you think you are above the law say so and we'll amp this up a notch.

Like I said, you decide. If you feel brave then go for it. If you're sensible, you'll apologise and maybe, just maybe, stop thinking you're not just a plain thief benefitting from other peoples' hard work and creativity, or do you actually provide anything of subtance and benefit to your userbase?

This email has been cc'd to all involved.

If our content is not removed within the next two hours we will instruct lawyers to commence litigation against you and, under Google DMCA directives, your site will be suspended until, this is resolved.

Best of luck.

> Eddie Bazil ...(after 3 days)
I was going to let this go since you removed our content from yuor site but you clearly haven't got the message and now I will instruct lawyers.
You have missed one of the most important cardinal rules about uploading content on the internet: it is forbidden to violate people's privacy laws and you have done just that. I don't need to litigate against you from the USA now, I can start from here in the UK as the laws here are very strict about violation of privacy.

You, by law, do not have the right to print any conet from private emails. Do you know anything about the law or do you just systematically abuse it at will, like Pirate Bay did? Do you not realise that Pirate Bay were taken to cousrt and found guilty not just for abuse of copyright but for uplaoding private email conetnt from copyright owers? This was done to embarras them.

I am not embarrassed but seriously annoyed. I was going to leave your company alone but now I will instruct lawyers.

As long as that disgusting display of arrogance by you on your website to upload and share our dialogue stays the stronger the case.

You will be litigated against and be sure of that.

Now go brag that to your equally thieving subscriber base who, through the laws of data protection, will now be contacted by our lawyers to offer indemnities.

Don't write back to me as the emails between us are already with BMI and MCPS lawyers. Now I have added my lawyers to the list.

Once you have been prosecuted and your site suspended and your subscriber base contacted then we will see who publishes what about whom.

Evidence

from his ebook "the production bible" that he was selling and advertising to make money on SOS Website...

WEll, this has to be sent to the right place.
The developer, Timeworks...LOL !!!
He'll get his ass slapped for that, this Hippocratic shiddhead.

I'm sure it's not the only cracked/stolen software he use.
...and so are the samples he stole, to make 'em his own.

Ericdared! Carface! Brilliant. Good Point. wink Let Timeworks find out about it (press Print Screen on you computer and paste it on Word). I'm sure as Eddie Bazil reads this thred, he will quicly remove it. But let's give it a try! yes By the way, I wonder how much warez software this guy has downloaded from AudioZ and other sites?

By looking at his website, it seems like he is running the whole operation from the bedroom of his house!!! rofl
I got peace not of this world!

There's a spanish saying who says: "quien roba a un ladron tiene cien anyos de perdon", which rendered into english will be more or less ... "the one who steals a thief has a hundred years forgiveness".

What a world of pirates! But as someone said in the past "let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone" ...

Kind Regards Mr Bazil, but shame on you! yes

seems that's how some minds work , I do what I want and hide , when you try it , I cry for the law . Like things are not linked , in a world that never saw in the know history of humanity so much wealthy and food being produced , and so much misery and hunger on the other side . Why insist on talkative excuses when the truth can't be hidden under it . A very small portion of humankind lives in the 21 st century , or enjoy it's benefits . Is it truth , that after all this talk about " respect the hard work of others " this person make tutorials with cracked soft ?? Sad , no more just double morals , but triple , or quad ....Before we could just record a tape from a LP , without the worry of be a criminal , or buy a product , and discover that actually you just b o r r o w a limited license to use it . Very well , let's all get medieval ......

sad isn't it ? Such a war , this guy is raising in his offended rights . Is it true that he makes tutorials with cracked soft ? Like a world that never holded so much food and money , and on the other side concentrate it on such a few hands that had produced the biggest worldwide famine and misery , supported by the law . Companies that banned LPs and charged CDs more than the old vinyls .I think about tales of a time when one could record music on a cassete , and don't feel like a criminal , and people did buy things , not just limited licenses under controlled use . Double , triple or quad morals ?

well , basically samples are taking from OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK , aren't they ? But a few exceptions that are recorded from objects , instruments ( that were made out of someone's work....)

Hi Eddie Bazil, it's nice to meet you.

Please could you tell me where you download your copyright infringed software from? You know, the ones like you used to make money for yourself in your book THE BEAT PRODUCTION BIBLE - HIP HOP BEAT PRODUCTION. You can see it on page 57 that you used a stolen copy of Sonic Timeworks CompressorX, thereby depriving the developer out of $149.99 while you enjoyed PERSONAL FINANCIAL GAIN.

As you know, the Feds don't like people making money out of this kind of thing, so that makes you a lot worse than anybody on here!

Check out the meaning of the word HYPOCRITE the next time you are anywhere near a dictionary.

Well it is tuff stuff but it comes down to basic shit. How stupid of him to mention his publishers are located US, the german court that has made the decision upon which SaiNT is not to be made liable simply wont care about it.

Interresting mail....He's passing on the emails too. If he had common sense he may realize these are equal moves. Funny...the last passage...he's not embarrassed but annoyed...then the entire passage is about a dude letting it out LoL.

I like shrooms a lot. They give you the DEEP SIGHT
in everything. My only thoughts about the Word
Samplecraze is that I had something but i deleted
it after hearing some of it. But i had Eddy Brazil Drums
which were really nice pitched from 44k to 48k.

Nobody wants to have an unoverviewable terabyte of samples
or choose between 1000 plugins. So IN THE END every computer
musician must pick out the best, bin the rest.

I don't really care about when nobody is buying it.
Fuck, its like heaven being on audioz, getting all
these samples, instrument and effects to finally pick out
the ones with the best performance/sound/handling-mix.
The Ones which are to buy. (Instead of buying everything
and then argue like a monkey in a cage why you threw out
that money)

I dont have the time to think about my "failure" of stealing in this
world in which everybody wants to be rich. Exploiting every
thing the nature is giving is not enough, we make money with
the death, virtual things, thoughts, behind every new child there
is a whole industry, every gap must be filled with a product and
in the end we will have TWO Eddy Brazils, looking completely different
but doing exact the same mixing procedure without even knowing it. They
release Duplicates of the same song, only in another language and nobody
will realize it! rofl

Dear Eddy, i didnt read your books but I'm sure that they are good.
But your samples will be sorted out by most of the "hiphopperz" here.
Some rare stuff, like a bigband intro of a tripping liveband recorded 71,
which sounds like "slice it up, add drums, bass and maybe strings or so and
its a BOMB". But this *hot* stuff will never be released. I heared a lot of
hiphop sample cds but deleted everything because nobodys releasing "value"
samples. You can make a releasable beat with a MPC 60 or any program with
a sampler and some megabytes material. I can recommend "NTS Audio Labs
Tuned Drums" for HipHop/RnB/Pop/Dance/Trance.

Anytime when i see "Dre Drum Kits" or something i wonder why they release this
crap. I would not wonder when only some beginners would buy that or "steal" it.

Okay its nice to have a "ready" one but if you can process raw material you can make this better by your own.

But Eddy Brazil (maybe) realized this and ended up making tutorial books how to layer ect. This is very cool. wink
