Freeware Rules Update

Thanks to Olymoon's advice, i've just updated our rules regarding freeware posts:

1. Free Software must be marked with [FREE] suffix in the title;
2. Link to developer's home page must be present and visible;
3. Mirrors cannot be locked for freeware.
4. Platform must be specified in title (X64, x86 etc...)
