Creating a unique mix of punk, emo, and trap, Li’l Peep was set to bring a new musical genre to the mainstream when he died of a drug overdose at just 21 years old. From the streets of Los Angeles to studios in London and sold out tours in Russia, the artist born Gustav Ahr touched countless lives through his words, his sound, and his very being. With Terrence Malick serving as executive producer, “Everybody’s Everything” is an intimate, humanistic portrait that seeks to understand an artist who attempted to be all things to all people.

I've never understood this They're-Dead-So-Now-They're-Relevant mindset.
He was a musician--how relevant is debatable--but he was junked out AF. Anyone who has too much sympathy for him clearly has never been around The Cyclone of Chaos, Deception & Desperation that is The Addict....or lost friends to that same shit that he was on. Another friend of mine just died some months back from overdosing on H (who was a musician, incidentally,) and not one of us who knew him called it a "tragedy" (a word that you often hear when The Famous become another statistic.) Why? Because he did it to himself. If you like Lil' Peep's music, fine, but don't pretend that this guy isn't fully responsible for his own death just because he was famous for a hot minute.
Too subtle? I hope not.

He deserves a lot of respect as a person, but I don't understand why make documentaries of these musical styles, I'm sorry, that's my opinion.
