RT Player is stand-alone application for real-time playing. RT Player allows you to turn your desktop or laptop computer with sound card into a multi-effect processor. It takes the signal from the sound card input, processes it throught a group of VST effects or instruments and sends it to the sound card output. Depending on the type of your sound card and its drivers sound delay introduced by RT Player processing can be less than 10ms, which guarantees a performance unrecognizable from true (hardware based) effect processors. RT Player's and effect parameters can by controlled by an external MIDI device.
