ive been able to use canva. i bought a really nice template back and i just switch them up and customize as needed (heres one of them

You can with Blender, and it's a free program. Also there's some good videos on YouTube on how to create music visualizers with Blender. Little complicated at first if you've never used a program like that before, but you can get around by just following the videos and maybe Googling a few things.
