agree, their point system for samples is garbage and their customer service is worse. I will never get that $8 back for a 100 useless points. Was going to get the new KJ Sawka pack but you use a point per sample. If it has say 350 samples you are using 350 points to spend on it. So if you pay for the $14 a month for 300 points you are waiting until the next month and another $14 to get the rest of it. It's a garbage service as far as getting sample packs and their customer service is almost non existent. I can't imagine they are any better on the project collaboration forefront.
