the mkv format is not suitable for this kind of video, it doesn't work with VLC, playback is jerky, you need to extract in .ts and convert to .mp4.

Can normally play any kind of video with VLC. Especially mkv. Thinking something went wrong in the encoding process. Just a guess.

Stuttery, glitchy mess when playing back.

My system is fully capable of 4K video playback locally or streamed with headroom to spare. Any previous video up to these July 2024 releases have played back without any issues.
