Didn't Breaks from the 90s use sampled breakbeats?

actual breakbeat not really, they kind of remade them to certain degree . when you listen to plump djs evil 9 b.l.i.m. etc you can hear the the style is there but the sounds and processing was more modern and had more clarity, drum and bass absolutely, they never really got past the Amen loop.
