That phrase is a great example of foreshadowing which is a literary device used in writing and particularly in storytelling. Foreshadowing is basically when a writer gives the reader hints or clues about events to come later in the writing. In THIS case, it gives us a clue about the overall effectiveness of this course.

Udemy is arguably the worst tutorial publishing company on the market and this course stays true to their already well-known reputation for janky tutorials. THIS one is so bad, that I don't even have the time to critique its many flaws. I've got a client coming in 15 minutes so I'll just say to STAY AWAY from it.

Also, if you want to learn how to make Mariachi music, it's FAR wiser to get instruction from a Mexican rather than say a Black guy from Toledo, Ohio. This is not to say that the Black guy from Toledo can't play the music, but he's not going to generally be as familiar with the WHOLE culture that Mariachi music comes from as would the Mexican who COMES FROM that culture. Remember, music is NOT just notes played. It's cultural and so the philosophy, the political history, the cuisine, the fashion, and EVERYTHING else that came out of the same culture ALSO bears importance when it comes to ACCURATELY describing the style of the music.
