I could hear what the singer was singing and it sounded like a real singer and not autotuned to death.

to each his own, i guess. i thought he was seriously out of tune half the time, and the choice to leave the vocals so dry and upfront when they were so badly sung was not a good one in my opinion. but maybe that's just me.

Yes he is out of tune but it is bound to the genre (punk/rock) I think.

What's wrong with you guys? The title says it all. This is "Mixing Session from Hell". Doesn't that explain your concerns about out of tune vocals? I am sure there was something you learnt from that mix. Lets talk about that.
