The end of an era: Thanks for the good time.

Seems like they were unaware that it was the last issue when it was released: On the last page, they were displaying what would have been part of the next December issue.

I've been buying CM (and Future Music) at Barnes & Noble nearly every month for nearly 25 years, and it never ceased to provide inspiration whenever I needed it. The tutorials and reviews with glossy full-color screenshots of plugins and DAWs magically motivated me to get on my computer and start making music when nothing else could. We were lucky to have them around for so long

WTF!!! This has been my staple read every month for the past 25yrs, very sad to see it go. Always loved the interviews with artists and a take on what instruments/plugins they use to sculpt their sound.
RIP Computer Music 😢

Damn, yes it's one of the mags that started a fire. Maybe they gotten too commercial at some point (being debatable of course) Loved that UK underground DNB vibe (started buying it regularly, ordering it from my local newsstand round the same time Knowledge magazine dropped, I reckon?)
