The absurd influence of ancient Greeks, since the amazing man Stesichorus, that first did all the procedures to write poems and rhyms, when all the words have different weighs called Rhythm Feet, like Anapestus and Dactilus.

Then the tradition was followed by all the western composers, but later someone perceived that this way of organizing texte in music was producing damn texts, that tied the writer who fall into corny texts and ridiculous rhymes, the last to escape this geekiness are Cole Porter and Tom Jobim.
Why to follow that ancient tradition if I can tell a history in music without any kind of rhyms.

The strange thing is that after Cole Porter, all today compositions in English uses only the top mind words, that's because the English language is very practical without declensions and contains more Latin than you know yourself.

However, all the Latin languages have rhythmic elements to work the game of words, the plethora of synonyms and nouns substituted for the same word is absurd.
This is the reason for which, the French, Italian, Brazilian and Spanish language music are so expressive on the earth surface. However, the Greek and Russian music only concern to people living in these local areas, although Russian is pure latin, has a difficult sonority hearing for Westerners.

It is obvious that all languages have their emotional expressions, therefore, when these are translated to another language something gets weird.
Who is not from English language knows how it gets horrible the translations from English to local languages, however, when we understand it in the proper English, the music is good.

Good to remember that the use of rhyms is just one way of writing, but not a respectable rule, also remember that you'll not burn on fire like was the dark past.
We humans have different minds and we are more free that some small groups want.
