It seems to be those books that psychologists write a lot, when they say:
"go, go, you can, forget your troubled childhood, you'll win and forget your mother."
The book only brings texts on 50 pages, no musical notes on any staff.
Looks like a 'self help book', as the name itself says, it helps who writes the book to sell, but not who reads. I would rate it as: 'Help Self Book', 'Help Sell'.
