I'm having a strange problem and its happening only in Sonar, (standalone is ok and other DAWs too) when I search for presets within Omnisphere or Keyscape I get Chinese letters in the search field and blank results. If I type one letter only it works but if I type for example Piano it doesnt. I tried reinstalling fonts, restoring them, I reinstalled Sonar, I changed language in Cakewalk Command Center between English, Japanese and Chinese and I cant fix it. Another guy has same problem. Help!

Update: seems we are screwed, I checked previous omni version and it did not have this problem...

Yesterday I installed the new update but it did not work. I was excited because in the list of bugs appeared as solved the problem with the search engine in Chinese letters ...

My Omnishpere says i need a challenge code. How do I get around this?

Use R2R keygen, patch first the dll and then copy challenge code to keygen from opened omnisphere and click generate and copy this to omnisphere.

Everything works just fine, the KeyGen, patcher, the AU component, VST and standalone.
Omnisphere Software v2.4.0f works
Omnisphere Patches v2.4.0d works
The only thing that is not 100% is that the Omnisphere Soundsources still show v2.0c.
Where can I get the Soundsources v2.0.1c?

I'm running Logic Pro X 10.4 on MacOS 10.13.3 High Sierra

I just saw that the Soundsources v2.0.1c can be found here and that I actually already had it!

Please cna someone help me!

I am in the same position as you were ie The Software and Patches are up to dates, but Omnisphere Soundsources still shows v2.0c.

I downloaded the Soundsources v2.0.1c from the link you mention above. However....

When I tried to install the 2.0.1c soundsources it failed and said "An error occurred whilst trying to read the source file: The system cannot find the path specified". The path is STEAM\Omnisphere\Wavetables\~Bundle.db2.

This file doesn't exist in the Wavetables folder, but ~Bundle.db does.

I was almost there and desperate to install Keyscape. However, the soundsources in Omnisphere must be no earlier than v2.0.1c!

Thanks to anyone who can help.

This is phenomenally helpful of you. I can't thank you enough.

It turns out the issue was simply that the updater needed to be on the same drive as the Steam Folder (I had put it on a separate drive).

Everything is certainly up to date and working perfectly! The only oddity is that Omnisphere still says "updates available" - although when you click through to the website all three items are green.

I'm interested in the standalone version only for the time being, and would like to patch/keygen without opening the plug-in in a DAW.

Is that possible?

If it is not, can someone recommend a K'ed DAW which is easy to install without hassles, and lightweight to download.

Hello..Install works fine on Mac OSX.13.4 High Sierra (Plugins, Library & Standalone versions) Just followed the instructions from BPKing on comments page 2..
Install the 2.4.0.f update/ search for Plugins file in the HD / Copy the Omnisphere Vst & AU on the desktop/ Patch the Vst & AU Plugins with the Keygen from 2.3.2.f version/ Replace the Vst & AU plugins in the Original Plugins file by the Patched ones/ Open the DAW then Omnisphere: everything works ok ( if the app or plug ask for the challenge code you have the Keygen from 2.3.2.f version who works fine..) Big thanks for this release and for the help..
