The interesting thing is that the protection system of U-He is so strong that, according to the authoritative opinion of R2R, it's practically impossible to generate a new serial but then thanks to their usual 'stroke of genius' it's also extremely easy to deceive it through the use of these incredible tools .... obviously having a valid serial! Thanks R2R...

The search space is quite large i assume. very genius protection still and it took very long to finally find a way to "break" it. And its very easy to handle from the user side, which is a big plus.

I bet uhe is already ready to advance the protection.

The search space is 2048 bit large, so yes - quite large. For comparison, SSL (https, ftpd) protection is 128 bit and spretty strong to break. SHA256 encoding is 256 bit strong, obviosly, and called "unbreakable". It would take years for a quite strong computer to break it.

What Urs can do now is blacklist the serials that have been shared and issuing new ones for affected legal users, but if new serials get shared we would have a chance to use his plugins again. Cat and mouse... :)
