This is a package of tools to encrypt your message. Encrypted text can be only decrypted by groups. You can even post the encrypted text to the public place safely.

We are very sorry to inform you that we don't share our special works anymore, unless people supplies things to the groups. We have wanred you countless time since the beginning about the importance of supplying, sharing, supporting crackers. Even we saw many people agreeing and supporting our message, however, the fact is opposite. The most things are supplied from clew and their friends. We rarely get resources from the outside; LIFE SUCKS.

While some guys and we buy the MANY softwares (even if it is already released by the groups), some others don't at all. These guys are nothing good for neither warez scene nor developers. We don't think we need to feed the "true" leechers more as we have released enough. You don't even have money to buy the cheap softwares? That's OK. You already got enough from the groups.

This tool is a bitter answer from us. Now you have a chance to supply to the groups without searching for a way to contact. It's you who make the decision. You don't need to be hurried because there are no deadlines or quotas. No matter what happens, we don't stop reversing or releasing. We just keep them to internal world when we feel it's not fair. When we get enough, we start sharing again. It's fuckin simple.

but I'm not sure it would be correct for Team BEAT to officially represent Team R2R, who willingly released this software. I don't know if they know about Operation Buccaneer, but i'm sure they were aware of the consequences. if they want this to be removed, then they need to contact me directly.

the only choice i'm making here is to either turn my back on them like everyone else did, or to support them how i can.

but this tool is misleading in that it could very well bring down the Team that is asking for help

Scenario:

1. Federal Investigators send an encrypted request of supply
2 . Team R2R goes to said location to download this supply or an affilate trys to download the supply
3 . Ip is logged and the trace begins, Bouncers and shell account's can be traced even vpn's have an origin.
4 . Person or entity that downloaded the supply wakes to find the Feds on there doorstep
5 . Feds interigate the downloader to gain information on TEAM R2R
6 . the down loader is charged with Collusion containing various charges.
7 Feds start the infiltration of TEAM R2R and Affiliates.

Goodluck to all concerned including the people whom take the risk to supply via non safe tool method, The idea is flawed and will only bring grief
Supply for any group needs to be by secure means.

this doesn't make any sense a leading team knowingly releases a tool for one strict purpose, obviously being aware of the consequences; and people not related to that team say that this very team doesn't want for this tool to be shared?...

I mean, i understand that someone may speculate whether this tool will bring more bad than good, but only Team R2R themselves can ask for this tool to be removed (which would really surprise me). isn't that fair?

As long as that team and the " the general Public constituents of Audioz " understands the full ramifications and consequences that will come , so be it. The information needs to be made public to all Audioz Members so each can make a informed decision, It is there future that maybe affected.

SAiNT you were around in IRC in those days ask yourself honestly would you really like to see any TEAM or any public member of AUDIOz to go down that path ?
I certainly would not, do as you must but we both know the overall outcomes.

although i presume that every member should be aware that the very fact of supplying software is a risk by itself, i wouldn't mind placing a quote into the post explaining how is it more dangerous to use a special tool that uses secure, encrypted connection and sends messages directly to the team, than sending it through someone who may not obviously be that safe, only i need to understand it myself first

I was never a part of any scene group, p2p team or even a member of some special IRC channel. furthermore, i don't use IRC at all :)

The only knowledge of this tool I have, I took from reading the release notes, therefore there is nothing i can add to it personally.

I think that in our time it is a high risk to use, make or to supply warez, but from what i understand, using this tool is no more dangerous than downloading a movie from bittorrent.

I would appreciate if someone who knows, explained to me why is it not, but then again, who but R2R can explain that?

I can explain that, which I already have and not once. It's not even so much about the tool itself (though as my friend Hardlock already pointed out, that can also be an issue) as it is about the legal ramifications of people openly posting supplies (encrypted or otherwise) on a public site with high visibility whose sole purpose is to serve as supplies to a team. That isn't something that you want to advertise and putting up a disclaimer that AudioZ has no ties to R2R does not exclude anyone from the very serious legal ramifications of this. Once the first share is posted, AudioZ is openly acting as a medium for the transmission of supplies to a team and comparing it to a BitTorrent download will not hold up in any court on this planet. I don't understand how this isn't common sense. It's the same way that when they go after a hoster, intent plays a big role. There is simply no other purpose for this tool or this thread except that one function so there is no possible recourse. If even R2R, not to mention AudioP2P, BEAT, HEXWARS, HORiZON, MATRiX and RADIUM, understood why the tool was taken down, then I don't understand why can't you. I can only imagine that said teams have enough experience between them to make that assessment. Perhaps that's not enough though, any lawyers in the house? Oh wait they've already weighed in too. This is a real smack my head explanation you've offered here for banning this R2R tool, Catalyst; let's consider it for a moment....

1. The reasons you give above have zero to do with why you deleted the original thread related to this R2R release. I remember it well. You didn't like it that some members here found reason to be annoyed with R2R, based on what they were saying in their release nfo. You didn't personally care for that reaction, and decided to delete the entire thread. Personally, I think that's dictatorial b.s., but you are who you are.....

2. You give some legal mumbo jumbo explanation above, and you don't know what you're talking about. The R2R encryption tool allowed someone to send that team a brief text message, that's all it could do-- it's awhile since I looked at it, but as I recall there was a maximum of something like 200 text characters -- so with this tool you could roughly send them a single paragraph of text. Period, that's it. It's really nothing more than a utility that sends the equivalent of an encrypted SMS file.

Therefore, no one was going to be sending R2R software specifically using this tool unless it was software coded in 2 sentences. Doesn't generally happen, right? At best, someone could upload software to a file hoster, and post an encrypted message to R2R (either here or on some other music warez site) that contained a link to the hoster and software they wanted to try to share with R2R. R2R could then decrypt the message and locate where the file had been stored.

That's all this tool did. So, explain this to me.... how is that any different from what is done on AudioZ every day of the week? If Sunny posts a link to software that we all know is warez and illegal, or you or me post a link to a hosting service (that theoretically no one but R2R will be able to read anyway), how is that any different? Suddenly you want to make some hysterical argument about the legal jeopardy someone might be in because of this??? If that's how you feel, you should be making the same argument about every single link posted on Audioz! At least with this tool it's encrypted, and if someone really felt the need to go to the effort to defeat that encryption, it could take them a year to do so.

The point is, this tool did not have the ability to share software as you now claim, all it could do was share a brief message to R2R. No different from the link sharing that is done on AudioZ every single day of the week.

Homie, personally I think you have some other agenda going on with all of this (like the private, 'pay for entry' site you keep trying to talk up ) , but if that's not the case, then you been in front of your computer screen way, way too long.

How do you know the reason that I pulled this post, are you me? You're just forever stuck in your own beliefs and agenda so it's no surprise that this is more of the same. It's different because of the context of what this thread is for. It's not for sharing a release but supplying a release to a team as I've already explained. Just the fact that everyone that I asked (before I even pulled the post) who would be in the know not only said that it shouldn't be up here but that I shouldn't have left it up as long as I did is enough of a reason for me. As usual your diatribes have nothing to do with anything. What do the decisions of multiple teams in the P2P have anything to do with me or this website? What do I even have to do with R2R asking for supplies, did I twist their arm or something? Did I twist HEXWARS arm? They came to these conclusions all of their own volition. Plus, they gave fair warning that if things didn't change then this was going to happen so if there's anyone to blame then blame yourselves. That's all I have to say about this.

I remember Team Beat well, and still have a number of things in my digital attic with your name on it. Your comment, and particularly your concern for people here, is appreciated.

Here's the thing though.... R2R are hardly rookies at what they do. Like many people, I'm generally under the impression the core of that group has been around under a few different names (for example, PeaceOut, Assign) which must give them around a decade of experience at what they do.

With a ton of respect for you, I have to think that the idea that R2R would now somehow step into some great risk after all this time, some massive dangerous error like what you're saying, doesn't really make a lot of sense. If they were prone to bad risks, the type of people that didn't know what they were doing or weren't careful, they probably would have been gone a long, long time ago.

Even beyond that, its been several months since this release first came out, and if in hindsight R2R realized this release was not well thought out, they've had plenty of time (and a couple of releases) to have let us all know in an nfo that this idea was scrapped. I haven't seen that either.

AudioZ has always gladly and gratefully put up R2R releases. Sadly now, I wish there were more of them. Again, with respect to BEAT, I'm not sure its a great idea for people at this site to start second guessing which R2R releases are okay and which one's aren't. This site provides information about those releases (nothing more) and I would hate for things to get to a point where AudioZ 's judgment about what a group releases becomes more important than the judgment of the group itself. When did that start?? That would be like making the newspaper more important than the news. I know there are some "ego's" here that think it's okay to do that, but personally I'm not one of them.

your totally right there are way to many leeches not enough supporters to the community, most people don't even donate bit coins or any kind of donation to the site to keep fresh releases coming i noticed the sow down in vsts because of people wanting wanting wanting, the most i can do for this wonderful site is keep dropping dope kits and vsts from time to time, i am getting the impression people demand what they want in request and sit around and wait like hounds instead of putting anything on the site new they have of value, to many selfish people on here im glad im not one

Daz, I think you are confused by the use of quotation marks. You are implying that you are referencing someone else's use of the words you are quoting.
