Well... it changes everything !!!
I mean, after applying that 'Patch' to your 'synsoacc.dll', you can then load, have access, and enjoy these newly posted 'Team R2R' releases... as simple as it !

You must rather 'patch' the 'synsoacc.dll' which is located inside your ...\Windows\System32, instead of this located in your 'SysWOW64'.
Even if both should be of the same size, surprisingly this last one can't be patched properly !?!

If you follow these instructions, all should be fine for you too...

I think do what the instructions say... Kawa e-licenser install and Kawa e-licenser patch... seeking the 'synsoacc.dll' file within the 'SysWOW64 folder ... [Kawa-eLicenser Patch v1.0.2 ] /Start Patching. /Failed patching.

load in the kawa elicenser_install first ,this is R2Rs new Syncrosoft called kawaelic.dll
then make a backup copy of synsoemu.dll from TEAM AiR found in syswow64 or system 32
the new Syncrosoft you load in from any demos versions from arturia will also load in a fake synsoemu.dll

so no more nexus or cubase till you replace it with a backup copy,

download any of the updates from arturia ,install them then put your synsoemu.dll back in syswow64 or system 32
and start patching away with the kawa elicenser_patch,

C:\ProgramData\arturia

here you have to patch all .dll files in the embedded plugins folders as well as vst3 and or x64 vsti

then patch the plugins in your vstplugins folder C:\Program Files\VstPlugins or C:\Program Files (x86)\VstPlugins
and also some of the stand alones and any .dll files in
C:\Program Files\arturia or C:\Program Files (x86)\arturia.
some of the stand alones only work when you patch the vst3 in C:\ProgramData\arturia .

i would say when you know as much about pc as R2r they sometimes forget what it was like starting off hope this info helped .

Is it safe to install this fake e-licenser while having a legit one? I mean...does this installation make a mess if you have Cubase 7.5 or Wavelab 8.5 already installed with a phisical e-licenser?

I would love to know the answer that Arne has posted for I also have wavelab 8.5 too.

In my opinion, the best way to know that is to simply make a copy of your original(s) 'synsoacc.dll' file(s), normally you should have one in your ...\Windows\System32 Folder and another in your ...\SysWOW64 Folder, then to put these in a safe place (e.g. your Desktop, create a specific Folder for that purpose,... ) as long that it (they) can't be changed (the size and other included infos) by any process.

Now, simply install the desired recent Plugins (Arturia, Waldorf), then the 'KAWA eLicenser v1.0.2' from 'Team R2R'.
When done, 'patch' your 'synsoacc.dll' file(s) (thanks to the 'Team R2R' Patcher) that are in their respective locations (NOT the recently saved, of course !).
When the 'patch' process is validate, simply launch your usual DAWs (Cubase 7, WaveLab 8.5,... ), re-scan your VST Plugins Folder(s) if necessary, then simply wait to see if you can get these 'Team R2R' Plugins working properly.
At the same time, check and compare your 'synsoacc.dll' with the previously saved to see if their sizes have changed, and you'll know if the 'Team R2R' Patcher change it (them) in any way (size,... ).

If for some reasons you get troubles after patching your original(s) 'synsoacc.dll', you can always revert out the process by replacing and overwriting these ones with the previously saved...
