Is it normal that it created very high CPU spikes ?
Eg when I play Epic World instrument I get 25 % CP Spikes under Studio one 2.5 (OSX) and 100% spikes under Logic ?!
Standalone 26% CPU Load on a quadcore 2,83GHz

Is it better working on Windows ?

huschiwuschi, maybe its because the reverb is on. They say in the manual that its just for examples. Better to use your reverb plugins.

Hi everybody, i've a problem on MacBook 10.7.5
when I try to load a sample from a library i get the not found window and the E-license manager window promoting me to plug in a response code.

testing engine 2.1.0.186 with galaxy x, epic world, forest kingdom and synth-werk library

I have disabled all Effects, but I still get 100% Spikes under Logic, less spikes under Studio One.

There are updates available:
ENGINE 2.1.0.224 Installer Windows(Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 32bit & 64bit)
ENGINE 2.1.0.224 Installer Mac OSX(10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 32bit & 64bit )

Are they easy to crack either ?

Hi,

All working for me except

VST choice doesn't appear in the load instrument menu even if some VST (32 or 64) copied in \ProgramData\Best Service\Engine\VST Plug-Ins

Solution available ?

Is there anyway to uninstall it? It says you have a higher version ,but it is the exact version i am using.

I´ve downloaded IObit Uninstaller, in the top of this program windows selected forced uninstall and find the engine2.exe file at best service folder in Program Files.
I think it only deleted this file, but it work, after that I could uninstall the Engine.

I have a problem, pls help!
I´ve installed everything, and loaded desert winds library, but, when I play, nothing happends, no sound, and the internal volume bars aren´t moving...
I think my audio and midi settings are ok...

Sorry to resurrect this, but just for the record:
With this 2.1.0.186 version - Epic World, Era Medieval Legends, and Desert Winds seem to work OK; they still give the "ytif_package::init() unknown version!" error, but they don't ask for a serial, and the instruments seem to load Fine.

Forest Kingdom II still doesn't work tho.

And with Magix Independence 3.1 and 3.2 it doesn't work at all.

Could it be that it is not Win 10 compatible?
When trying to install, the installer stops after a few seconds and tells me the following:

"Source file not found: [...]\Engine 2.1.0.186 Installer WIN\data\OFFLINE\...\..dummy.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Of course the folders are accessible so no rights issue should be the problem. I even checked, there are actually files called "dummy" in the installer folders. Odd enough ;-)

Anyone having the same and/or a solution?
