I haven't upgraded Waves in a long time, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question:

What is the difference between this R2R 2.89 GB version of Waves and the 11 GB versions that I'm seeing here? Is it the instrument libraries?

Greetings. I DL'd this & it didn't work. Only thing that showed up was the Sound Grid. Nothing else. I noticed few had the same problem. I was wondering how others got this to work for them, or shall I wait for an update from R2R (Appreciate your work over all these years)!? Thanks & any help is appreciated.

SUBMARINE shows up in all my Waves Host Applications but fails to load.

After initial clean installation, its bundle file is missing from the "Waves\Plug-Ins V10" folder.

I can't help myself. I tried this release and others previously, too. All installs fine and seemlessly, but afterwards - when trying to load the Waveshells - they are scanned without errors, but nothing happens. No plug-ins are shown.
Can please anyone tell me, how to achieve this properly?
Side question: "incl. Emulator" - I don't see one, or is it "included" in the setup and should work in the background?

I too had the same problem. No plugins show up in Pro Tools, but SoundGrid works.

I tried all the previous releases (emulators only) and nothing. I had to revert back to a 2016 version of Waves. hopefully R2R's next release is a working one.

just tried installing vst 3 only for ableton 10.1
install process is missing graphics but succeeds

Then when I fire them in ableton they should just a blank graphic and ableton freeze

Finally all good I had to go in my GPU card and give it full power
PeaceR All Worksfine....

It will be cool to see if waves update their GUI ofr new 4k laptops

Hi guys,

I am on windows 10 pro. This release installs just fine. However, it crashes live every time i try to run live. BTW i am using ableton live 10.1 any help will be appreciated
