Thank you so much R2R and Sunny!

Thank you Sunny for a good choice of file sharing servers, too!

I like all of them except Uploaded and Rapidgator which still give me those hateful sub-par 50-100KB/s download "speeds".

VST3 work just fine, but I can't manage to make VST2 to work. Asking for licences. And YES I HAVE READ the nfo. Will check some more if some leftovers from earlier versions did make this problem in some forgotten VST folders :)

EDIT: Yeah, some stupid mysterious folder at "C:\Program Files\VSTplugins" with just "waveshell 9.3 dll" was present in my system! Everything OK ! I keep my VSTs perfectly sorted in their own folders, otherwise.

Thanx R2R. You are the BEST !!!

When installing this new Version, I didn't even uninstall the previous one (v9r20), I just 'ticked' (selected) this new 'CODEX' Synth as well as the new 'TG12345' Plugin, and all the Installation process was done flawlessly !
I didn't even have to select other Bundles (as I usually do) because they were already selected via the Installation Menu Window.
I can only guess that the Installer has checked my previous installed Version to be aware of which selections I had already done previously...

I do it that way almost all the time (that's why I got that folder, failed installation probably) Never have to select and bother with stuff. Mind you that at some point they may change their waveshell name to 9.8 or so, then you will have trouble - not a big one, tho...

quote by MusicMan2013Waves TG12345 is in there too - whys nobody mentioned that awesome plugin from Abbey Road Studios yet - Did nobody notice it?

You're right... and I noticed it during the Installation process.
Due to the fact that I left the previously installed Version and simply installed that new one as is, the only 2 selections that I done (because they were 'unticked') were the new 'CODEX' Synth and this 'TG12345'...

SOLUTION: WAVES LICENSING ERROR FIX!

1) Install Waves

2) Run Patch

3) Copy "WaveShell-VST 9.3.dll" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells"

5) Paste it into folder where your 32-bit plugins are installed. Overwrite original file.

6) Copy "WaveShell-VST 9.3_x64.dll" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells"

7) Paste it into folder where your 64-bit plugins are installed. Overwrite original file.

8) Copy "WaveShell-VST3 9.3.vst3" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells"

9) Paste it into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3". Overwrite original file.

10) Copy "WaveShell-VST3 9.3_x64.vst3" from "C:\Profram Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells"

11) Paste it into "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3". Overwrite original file.

That's it. That should fix your Waves Licensing Error.

I followed this method, but pro tools keeps saying:

No licenses found for waves plugins

Is there anything else I can do to get these working?

Isn't the TG12345 part of the NLS bundle? Been there for a couple of years already.
Or am I missing something?

NLS gives you the modeled channels and noise behavior of each channel through Mike Hedges TG12345 MK 4 Desk. This new plugin is an EQ you can use separately or try in conjunction with the channels.
