Not working for me.

- Uninstalled previous version
- Installed new version and Sphere Manager
- Deleted C:\ProgramData\PreSonus
- Ran Install Magic - Studio One 7
- Ran Subscription - Renew

Opening Studio One shows the login box, and trying to login or closing it shows invalid license.

Update: old crack still works fine... Went back to it and everything worked perfectly. Just get the old VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, install the new version and copy the dll back into the installation folder. Less trouble and works great.

Going to "%appdata%\PreSonus\Studio One 7" and deleting (or renaming) the licenses makes the invalid license dialog disappear, but I still cannot get past the login box.

For everyone who is getting activation errors, what I did to solve it:
* I removed the blocking links from the hosts file.
* In %AppData%\PreSonus\Studio One 7 I deleted the license store folder and the user.license file.
* I opened the Install Magic - Studio One 7 command and checked in the C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Studio One 7 folder if the VCRUNTIME140_1.dll file was in the folder, it wasn't there, so I reopened the Install Magic - Studio One 7 command and the VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was there.
* Finally, I opened the Subscription - Renew command and then opened Studio One and everything was working perfectly.
* If there is a license store folder in C:\Program Files\PreSonus, delete it.

Can anyone please help? I can't log in with my account, it says i'm not connected to the internet.

I deleted all the host files entries and checked the firewall and Studio one is allowed.

Can anyone list the host files entries i should delete? Maybe i missed one? I deleted all entries with the name "presonus".....

Thanks. So as an experiment, i deleted all entries in the host file and still cannot log in. Also turned off Windows firewall. Still cannot log in.

The issue seems deeper than i thought. Don't think it will be easy to figure out what's causing this.

I removed the previous version, deleted all the folders mentioned by colleagues. It activated and opened normally, but when trying to use the stems feature, it asks to download and log in... I try to log in but it says I have no internet connection. Firewall disabled and in the hosts.conf file there is no line related to studio one that is blocking...

The vc runtime dll has pre determined url that it block so the host entry has nothing to do here .

Let's solve It:
clean the host file.
Copy the dll to any other folder.
(Plz make backup)
Open the dll in hex editor (hxd)
Edit the url like api to xpi or any .

NOTE - CHANGE EVERY URL (FIND BY SEARCHING HTTPS)

Save the dll.

Note 2 : copy the modified dll to studio one folder
