Everything works but i still get "error loading waveform" here and there exactly like with the previous version. Anyone having the same issue?
EDIT:
Ok, it's the stupid character, in the "Wavetables" folder i have "_BundleArchives.db" instead of "~BundleArchives.db", i changed the "_" with "~" and now i don't get that stupid "error loading waveform" annoying window when i load a preset anymore.

Hi, I cant update i keep getting the "insert spectrasonics Ominsphere error" if i click cancel i can continue with the setup and when im asked where is my STEAM folder is i put the drive in which i have it is not C, and it says an error that the source file ...windows\..\steam does not exist

why? I had to manually copy and paste the STEAM from the R2R folder to my folder is that the only way?

I always have the same question. If someone knows, I'd be grateful. I have The Pirate's version of Omni (which runs perfectly) which I downloaded a couple of years ago. Can I download these R2R files and install over it. I always want to do it but I'm afraid I can mess up the fine fine fine version I have. Thanks in advance my friends!

I was able to. I'm using Studio One 6, Studio One 7 and FL Studio 24. I had no issues. Everything works as its suppose to.

For some reason, I cannot authorize the installation. When requesting authorization, the browser link looks like this:

http://www.spectrasonics.net/authorization?prod=Omnisphere&vers=2.8.7c&ch=Error%20634A2

The challenge code is not valid. I tried with internet both on and off line. When online, the page requires logging onto a Spectrasonics account first.

Any ideas?

I guess u're lost about the same that many of us in the past, but I'm not sure. Look, when the activatioon dialog appears u've gotta click on the blue colored phrase which says "click here" (located below), this way a strange url will be stored in your clipboard. Open a new .txt or any other text editor, do a right click and choose "paste", the url will be displayed, save it. Now u've gotta copy the code displayed after the = symbol, eg.;

SmMY%256QnT%3dXyx38KlPUBqkTBx%3fB8

From there you must continue as R2R Team stated in their "how to" .txt.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately that's wasn't it. Both the "click here" link and [Request Authorization] button created the same challenge code: "Error 634A2".

In the end, it turned out that I needed to run the standalone omni as administrator. Only then I got a valid challenge code.

Running the app as administrator isn't in the R2R instructions, maybe it should be included.

Usually isn't necessary at all, but possibly a matter of your account type, or permissions messed up.

Whatever, cool that worked through Admin mode.

I had to do same, for some reason when I run the .dll in FL studio, it just didnt allow me to paste, it would just crash. Standalone was the only way to bypass the authorization. thanks for your comment!

Hi,

I also have problem authorizing it.

1) I installed both Omnisphere and th update as stated in the R2R .txt.
2) Then, patched using keygen, great.
3) Ran Omnisphere and clicked the link saying http://spectrasonic.com/authorize
4) On the website, clicked "Add product to your account!
5) Added the challenge code given in the activation dialog but it says it is a wrong one.

I inserted the challenge code in the keygen and generated a response code. After copying the code into the plugin, it keeps getting me back to the activation window.

Someone help me please. Waht did I do wrong.

Please, read again the R2R instructions, patiently, Spectrasonics wont authorize your installation.

I'll reinstall it all over again but It explicitly says in the Important.pdf file :

Once all steps of the installation are fully-completed, open the plugin in
your host and authorize the software in your user account at
www.spectrasonics.net. Be sure to enter your redemption code in your user
account before getting the authorization response code.


and then this .txt file in the crack folder :

0.Remove previous cracks.
1.Install and update Omnisphere 2.
2.Run our keygen.
3.Patch plugins.
4.Run Omnisphere 2 and start activation.
5.Copy "Challenge Code" to the keygen.
6.Generate license and activate.
7.Enjoy!

Avoid the first quote, as you've not bought Omnisphere any interaction in their website wont let you activate, or could disable it once active. U're installing cracked software which works as a legit one, you must not enable a relation between THIS software & their original creators, d'ya know what I mean?

As many of us in the past, it seems that you don't deeply understand the cracking procedure, please read my answers to Rambo, above 👆🏾.

I simply tried to install it using and old version.That's why it didn't work.

I reinstalled it and works perfectly now.

I'm a happy man now.

Firstly, thanks R2R and Decibelle, Guys is there a way to install the core library at once? like a free trial or something like that? or should i download the archives one by one?

When I tried to download this via the file factory link the download was blocked telling me it was dangerous, I figured it was just the keygen false positive so I ignored it and finished the download, but as soon the download finished Windows Defender kicked in and nuked the rar file, it said it had detected something that gives backdoor access, it is called:

Backdoor:Win32/Bladabindi!ml

Having researched it, this seems like a legit threat.

I have been using R2R stuff for years (as I slowly go legit), and am very grateful for their work, and I have never seen anything like this from their releases before.

I have their original Omnisphere 1 release saved to disks, and a few very old omnisphere 2 updates, and none of the rar files make windows defender throw a fit like it just did with this version.

Can anyone shed some light as to why defender has blocked this and named this backdoor threat?

Has it been tampered with?

I hope none of you who have installed this have given your computers an std

Almost 100% of KGs are seen as dangerous threats. One of the main reasons resides in the needed system's id for the KGs to do their job (maccadress, drive's UUID, user name account, etc..). That "watcher" attitude triggers the AV reaction, among other unknown capabilities. Actually I have installed & activated it with no further damages at all.

Can anyone tell me why i still get updates available on splash screen for all the updates i've installed? Same with Trilian, Keyscape both app and libraries . Everything is up and running fine they just don't see they are already installed.
