for those struggling with the "help us improve your experience" pop-up, i followed a post on reddit and it worked for me... here are the steps:

1. First before opening fl I resized my screen to 100% (setting: system > screen > scaling). My screen was recommended at 125% by default. Maybe yours is already 100%.

2. Once my screen is slightly zoomed out I opened fl studio

3. Then I went into: Options ▸ General Settings ▸ Main GUI Scaling

4. Here I passed it in 150% (or 175% I have a doubt). You have to test because it depends on the size of your screen. But if it is not enlarged enough it does not change the problem and if it is too enlarged it is not possible to see the bottom right corner of the plugin

5. Then I closed and reopened in order to activate the fl studio changing scale

6. Then I opened normally ozone in my mixer and I move the window of the plugin, with difficulty because the new dimension values are not ergonomic, as much as possible in the top left

7. As I was missing a few centimeters to see the two buttons of the pop-up window that makes us piss I disabled the taskbar (click must on the taskbar > Taskbar parameter > taskbar behavior > check to automatically hide the taskbar

8. I could see the two buttons at the bottom of the pop-up window, to be sure that this window does not make me shit anymore I clicked on the button that agreed to help (so I can tell them that their window to fuck everybody) but the button is so much bugged that it did not open a web page but just made the pop-up disappear.

9. Then I gave tt the parameters as before (screen size => recommended, fl dimension => system, taskbar => not hidden) and everything works fine. This window no longer prevents me from using ozone. If it does not work for you, try to connect HDMI to a larger screen. But normally you should find a solution.
