Question: without standalone version, how do I use this to master or improve audio file I downloaded from YouTube? Or should I keep using Ozone 9, which has standalone?

That's a good point. I also need standalone to master exported wav mock files to present a reference to clients. I am keeping both (in my case, Ozone 9 and this beauty which brings new goodies).

Guys, have you tried the aax version? Does not work for me. VST3 works fine.
When I try to run the master assistant in PT12 it crashes.
I see the message: "briefly using high cpu, prepare to increase volume" and.....boom!
Reaper and SO works so I assume the issue is in aax file.
Ozone 10 works great.

Works on Win 7, much lighter and a bit faster too than ozone 10, weird. Uninstalled v10 but i still use v6.

Sorry I havenΒ΄t respond before, but is different, the way spliteq works between transient and tonal does not do the same, I have even tested just that ozone module against split eq with same tracks and the results are different but both useful, I consider spliteq more surgical and even creative, the ozone one is straigh forward and very fast to get results so is a matter of choice here.

IIRC most Ozone releases years ago was a semi-bi-yearly basis. Ozone 4 in 2011, Ozone 5 in 2013, Ozone 6 in 2014, Ozone 7 in 2015...

Again, this release is buggy with the mp3 codec on windows. AAC codec works in Ozone module, but mp3 fails. Silence. Delta is the full signal.

Can someone please help how do we get Ozone 11 Advanced x64 bit to actually use mp3 codec? There is a libmp3lame.dll file included in the R2R install but it's either not in the right location, or it needs to be copied to another spot.

Did you install Ozone in the default location?

"C:\Program Files\iZotope\Ozone 11 Advanced"

If not, you'll need to create a folder in

"C:\Program Files\iZotope\Ozone 11 Advanced\Ozone\win64"

and copy the "libmp3lame.dll" there.

Thank you for trying to help, but that's the bug.
I've installed default, and the dll is actually there correctly.
Yet, still fails.
Try the mp3 codec on Windows 10. It doesn't work, only AAC previewing.

I see, I'm on Windows 11 it works there without a problem.
Since you have the file in the correct folder, I doubt that the problem is the DLL itself, it must be an issue in Windows 10.

The standalone version was removed since Ozone 10.

"With the introduction of Ozone 10, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Ozone standalone application. This also means that there is no standalone version of Ozone 11."

Why this has 500MB if its extracted and the CEVR release is only 158MB?


EDIT: Forget what I've wrote. It's the same but CEVR release wont let u choose install location.

Been nice using this thing, but for some reason I've gotten several crashes recently and now it's more or less unusable, tried reinstalling too, no clue what's up, it just freezes my DAW and then crashes. Again it was working fine before, no clue what's up :C
I'm on Windows 11 using Reason's latest version.
