does not have solution for COSMOS
login requirement. Users still need
to create Waves account and login.
No offline installation is possible.

NOTE2: V13 Apps like SuperRack has
bug that allows users to load unsupported
plugins. It crashes and never runs again
until you kill the problematic preset.
Clean up %PUBLIC%\Waves Audio\ when you
have the issue.

Does this version includes the VST2 version along with VST3 ???

If you delete the v13 version cleanly and install v14 again,

Will the v13 version of my project file be replaced with v14?
Keeping all the presets?

The result is successful,
even after completely erasing v13 and installing v14
my project was replaced with v14 without any problem
And I definitely feel the load times improved in v14. Plugins are more responsive.

There is no emulator per se, not that I'm aware of. I think it means that R2R is emulating the role of Waves Central, that's it.

i dont know about this one because i'm still downloading it but older releases have the emulator (WavesLicenseEngine.bundle) placed under "\ProgramData\Waves Audio\Modules"... you can check by yourself if its still there...

But my question is, what is the difference from this release to the latest VR version??

R2R is under 5GB.

VR is over 12GB.

Compression can't be the reason.

as far as i know the other release contains the libraries for the virtual instruments

nope, VR's contains only the samples library for CR8

The libraries for the VSTi has to be downloaded from Waves's site, and it's a TON of gigas
