In addition to the two left hands of architecture with a million small pictures, the Arturia plugins also have a paranoid flaw in checking the license of protected presets - is checked by legitimate each of more than 10,000 protected presets, which greatly increases the initialization time of plugins :( Therefore, to accelerate loads all protected presets, were cleared and unlocked. Now these purified presets can be used even with third-party imperfect releases (eg R2R) that did not support protected presets

Installer dont have option about that, you can copy "c:\ProgramData\Arturia" to different drive and make directory symbolic link. You can use SymlinkCreator.exe or similar softwares.

I've extracted the .exe for those who wanted it. It's 11.8GB (31,636 Files, 1,771 Folders).
What do I need to do to get it to you guys? I don't wanna break any rules. I'll need advice on a free host I can upload this to safely too.

You can post here cause this post dont have mirror restriction. If you want longer lifetime you can upload to Yandex Disk. Zippyshare is good but its blocked to some countries, Mega.nz have 2 GB daily download quota its bad for downloaders. Mediafire is good but it shows where you uploaded from. If you compress with RAR or 7zip file size will be as original source size.

On the previous version 6 I would also get errors about missing samples when going through presets including mellotron, but then I learned if you install things in a specific order there are no errors not even when the installer finishes. If you saw an error after installing you will eventually come across a missing samples warning at some point.

It's probably the same with this new version 7 where you have to install arturia stuff in a specific order to get it all to play nice together but I haven't installed yet,

Ok something is definitely wrong for you. I have over 29,500 in Analog Lab in version 6 so this version 7 should probably put things at over 30,000. I haven't installed any other presets other than the version 6 sound bundle on a clean machine. I would start over if I were you otherwise you'll come across that missing samples warning hundreds of times.

This was the winning order for me with everything up to date with banks bundle 6, it will probably be the same here and I'll start from scratch just to install these after some tests.

Pigments in default location

Keyboards Piano V to any drive
Augmented Strings/Voices to any drive

I just installed this on top of what I had and the correct answer is 30,167 presets show up in Analog Lab with no errors so far and you shouldn't see any error message when the installer finishes. if you see an error message you have a problem and should start from scratch if you want the whole enchilada to work together seamlessly no samples missing etc.

Thanks. That's pretty much how I'd installed those also.

Instead of reinstalling, I deleted the db.db3 file in ProgramData\Arturia\Presets and then reopened a few of the plugins, that seems to have fixed the presets. Analog Lab now shows 31914.

Still samples missing from Mellotron though. I wonder if they were present in an earlier release, or fragments from previously installed presets before the VR bundle became available

see my post above I dont get any missing samples messages after installing this. when I originally chose not to install legacy versions when installing synths , some of the presets utilized older versions, now if I ever do come across a missing sample message it only has to do with legacy versions and I just delete those preset banks straight away since I dont need the old versions of the same synth etc. You have presets that shouldn't be there that's why you're showing more but that's how many more errors you'll come across eventually going through presets in AL, if you follow exactly what I did you may lose some presets but what's left will be solid.

right click and run DAW as administrator even if logged on as Administrator, then adding a new playlist won't crash, I think it's an Arturia issue, this is also the same fix for when you want to clear the Favorites list. I don't use the playlist feature but I tested and it works adding and loading a new one.

Does anyone know how to access the Piano V presets? There are preset folders for Piano V2, Piano V3 and Piano V (no number) which has a lot of presets that V3 cannot see. I have tried all sorts of ingenious things like pasting the contents of some V presets into the files of V3 presets I don't use, editing the xml, going into the db3 file. but no go. Any ideas?
