Hi,
you find the Syntronik 2 Content in the release 'IK Multimedia Syntronik 2 Complete Sound Content MAC/WiN' (https://audioz.download/software/win/205337-download_ik-multimedia-syntronik-2-complete-sound-content-mac-win.html).
Problem is, that the whole Content is not authorized in 'IK Multimedia Syntronik 2 v2.0.4 Incl Keygen-R2R' but funny, the Syntronik 2 Content ist working completely with 'IK Multimedia SampleTank 4 v4.2.1 Incl Keygen-R2R'

I have the same experience.
Everything seems to work in Sampletank v4.2.1 so far.
I made sure to install "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2022 (x64)" as R2R says.

Doesn't work for me either. I blocked the two hosts and automatically registered Syntronik2 and Sampletank 3 and 4 in Windows using R2R Keygen as per R2R instructions. I still get this:

"Syntronik J-8 library is not authorized.
Please launch the Product Manager and insert the product serial number to authorize."

I'm using the J-8 library from the 200 GB download in an earlier release that another poster listed.

After many attempts, it seems to me that (a) Syntronik 2 does not recognize its own presets (from the 200 GB file) nor the presets for Syntronik 1; (b) the presets from the 200 GB file won't open in SampleTank either, which means they are inaccessible. Perhaps a proper version of Syntronik 2 will also unlock the presets, but apparently at the moment both the instrument and the huge preset file are useless. Has anybody had a different experience?

I tried so much but I can't use presets in syntronik 2, however same presets are useable with sampletank 4 which is last released by R2R

So far (and I haven't tested all of them) all the presets work in the new Samepletank 4.
but not in Syntronik 2.

ank454443 - If you have found some presets that DONT work in Sampletank 4, tell me which they are and I will try (I've tried a lot of them and everyone I've tried WORK)

MusicMan2013 - I tried all of them one by one when installing. All presets seem to be working with sampletank 4.

I think that the 'instrument select screen' on Syntronik 2 has a second check for authorization that ISNT CRACKED/AUTHORISED, because the MULTI PRESETS for Both Syntronik 2 and Syntronik 1, DO WORK, so they ARE AUTHORISED and All Work In Sampletank 4, so again they ARE AUTHORISED by the keygen, but that 'instrument select screen' mentions that the Product Manager isn't correctly installed, so I think that screen does a second check before opening the instrument and as the Product Manager isn't correctly installed/cracked/authorised, then the instrument wont open. But you can load all the Multi Presets from the multi preset select page and see and make changes to the individual instruments from that screen and see the instrument interface, but unfortunately not from the instrument screen.
So using the 'Multi Screen' it is possible to load any of the multi presets and edit any instrument (from the library of both Syntronik 2 and Syntronik 1) so the instruments can be used in Syntronik 2 (and you want a single instrument, then you just delete the instruments you DONT want from the multi prest you load (and you can see the instrument interface to make changes (but unfortunately the instruments dont have a way to change the prests from the instrument interface). So the instruments and the multi presets can be used in Syntronik 2 but not the individual presets and all the presets can be used in Sampletank 4, so the presets and Syntronik 2 and Syntronik 1 are cracked because the multi presets work in Syntronik 2 and they all work in Sampletank 4, it just the 'instrument select screen' doesn't either recognize this (because of the Product Manager ) or the 'instrument select screen' doesn't work correctly.
So we need the 'instrument select screen' or the Product Manager cracked or fixed :)

I think I might be on to something here. Have any of you let the Syntronik 2.exe or a plug-in of it remain opened for a very long time? I just let my .exe sit, and I notice it continuously time and time again, non-stop, keeps accessing this key, and there is a total pattern to it too - user serial number, "SoundContentUpdated", so on and so on related:

HKCU\Software\IK Multimedia\Syntronik 2

Maybe it is fixing all stuff internally because of the "new" library to it. This is unlikely but still maybe too there is something to it. I will leave mine for an hour and tell results if anything changed in the program itself. (Remember, my remote machines cannot access presets but this machine, -some- work. The above may be why!)

Nothing positive, but only potentially helpful.

For sure, the reason why my other machines cannot load any presets at all is because the Product Manager is not installed. It is not specific to that - it is because I ran it on my "good" preset loading machine, and that adds 3 entries to HKCU\Software\IK Multimedia\Syntronik 2, similar to how Syn1 works. When I auth 2 in Product Manager, that is when my 2 can load about 1 of 30 presets well.

I am thinking these "new" additions in registry by Product Manager need to be altered or completely remade from scratch by R2R. Something along these lines. -OR- maybe R2R has to use a better algorithm to register it all in the first place. I really don't know.

Ok! I found the error and just reporting it now. I did not look about how to fix it at all yet.

When you try to load a "bad" preset, nothing happens yet. Then, if you click "Authorize" it opens the Product Manager to let you do your thing. It is exactly this instance of when Error event 10016 happens. It involves a runtime broker and DDCOM (Distributed DCOM.) I removed personal info with "xxxxxx" and wrote in generic, in these cases. I will see what I can do, but probably it is R2R thing to fix! :) Look at "Param3" heh.

-Edit: Now, I am looking into it and Microsoft seems to say it is by design and not a problem: "These errors don't adversely affect functionality." So, not sure if this is the root cause yet or not.

I don't know all the same as everyone else. IK's system turns it (serial) back into CS one. I think maybe R2Rs is at least attempting to give a "working" ok serial - if any of that makes sense. Of course, you don't have to connect to IK, but still, end result or usefulness is unaffected either way.

It seems like when R2R has a problem with a release, they fix it within a few days. The fact that this has been out for 10 days so far is not a good sign. I know beggars can't be choosers, but it does suck to download 200 GB of sounds and then not be able to use the application for them.
