I haven't installed it yet, but I assume you first need to install the exe and then replace the .dll and vst3 files in the folder where they are installed.
MY GEAR: Only Hi-End HW sonically engineered for us cats, which you've probably never heard about and will never have access to, cuz we r awesome and u suk.

This is a valid question.

I just ignored the exe and only copied the provided DLL to the VSTplugins dir and applied the serial and restarted the DAW. (Until DAW-restart the Serial Nr does not take effect.)

The only added value of the exe installer is, that you get the "FabFilter Timeless 3.chm"-helpfile. There are no presets in the installer, they are embedded in the DLL already.

Now waiting for the time bomb others found, here not yet happened.

EDIT: Timebomb afetr 90 minutes while moving a knob.

The instructions are clear!!
1. Install Timeless 3 from legit FabFilter installer (Yes, the EXE is the installer)
2. Replace .dll and/or .vst3 files with the ones provided (Crack folder).
3. Activate plugin using serial number in Serial.txt file (Crack folder).

Instructions are clear, and clearly, it doesn't,t work for me in Fl Studio/Win 10x64.

Getting Enter Serial, Restart, Enter serial, restart loop.
Around and around we go, where it stops nobody knows.

FL Studio 20.7.2 x64 win 10, working just fine, make sure you are copying the cracked .vst and .vst3 to the correct paths.

I can guess, @TOMSK! If it's asking for a serial, likely that you haven't c/p full serial text (ie open serial text, select all, copy / paste.) Or you haven't replaced all the .dll / .vst3 files?

There are other files that get installed. The presets, the help files, the read me, the aax stuff, etc. The exe is the original factory installer that makes sure these things all go into the correct places.

the setup is a exe file, which installs presets, GUI etc and then you replace the plugin itself, which is patched to accept the fake serial.
If you want to supply something, you can. PM is open for that.

That's the installer. It creates everything the plugin needs to run.

Install from .exe -> replace .dll's with cracked ones -> block DAW with Firewall (or use a third party app like NetLimiter) -> run plugin and enter serial.

Windows 10 - Cubase Pro 8.5 . The licence doesn't work.

I have already tried three times, but no luck so far.

you have to copy the entire content of the serial text file and paste it there. You can't make any changes to the serial.txt content.

Not working for me FL Studio 20 on Windows 10 x64 .

Whenever the plugin starts I'm asked to enter the serial and then restart the host running the plugin.
When I do this and restart the host and run the plugin again I'm asked to enter the serial and then restart the plugin again and again and again in a constant loop. The only way I can use this is in evaluation mode so I chucked it in the recycle bin for what it's worth.

AFAI understand it, this is a legit SN. It cannot timebomb with a version of the included install compiled prior to this serial being blacklisted. But if it checks online...

how to complete block it ? I block all the outbound from my DAW with Firewall, blocked fabfilter in the host file, but still getting timebombed. Interestingly enough, it happened on the second day (almost 24 hours) after installing and been working with it the full day.

All still working fine here. Which FW are you using ? It should block all services, apps, what else.

AFAIC TinyWall blocks everything both directions except those apps : Avast AV, Chrome, Opera, Thunderbird, µTorrent ( oh! ).
