1. Run start.exe from the first folder and install the program by selecting it in the list
2.From the second folder, run the last update file
3. Replace the files in the installed program folder with those in folder number 3. (Find the Protein folder and put the files from the same name in the distribution there)

The projections of your discomfort are so easy to decipher that it becomes pathetic. So much hate in all your posts.

I too had a very slow internet speed until 2 weeks ago and downloading took forever, premium account or not. Anyone can re-read on this site when I asked our Olymoon to upload files much too big for my connection. It's not a last minute invention to defend here287 who can certainly do it himself. ( And Olymoon answered on the meantime. )

Pay on a server to download stolen apps ? Everyone has their own conscience. Talk about greediness. Another projection.

EDIT :

Torrents are a solution to slow download speeds, going on for days. They can also be stopped, re-started, with no loss.

I have one question.

Why Sequoia receives few updates while Samplitude receives updates with a big number of fixes.

Sequoia comprises of Samplitude? So shouldn't Sequioa receive similar updates like Samplitude whenever a samplitude update comes out? Why Seqouia and Sampltide receives different updates at different times?

As far as I know, Samplitude doesn't always get " big number of fixes ", or Sequoia small ones.

for example- Samplitude latest version received some of these following updates and bug fixes in the monitoring section......

output 2 can be disabled too
updated hints about workflow in previous versions without monitoring section ( = monitor bus 1 inactive) with the following advantages-
solo in place handling
automatical monitoring switch between stereo and surround
improved accessibility via keyboard and screen reader

Bug FIXES -
Mixed Monitoring section: preferences have not been saved with program exit - fixed

playback might have been muted, even if the monitoring section was not used - fixed

So on....

Why Sequoia didn't receive the same updates and bug fixes at the same time with Samplitude? Why it hasn't received similar updates at the same time as the release of the Samplitude update?

2° If we check the history - and / or our memory : Sequoia 15 goes with Samplitude Pro X4, not Pro X5.

Love this DAW! One thing I ran into though, the Independence Pro that comes with it only works as a vsti from within Sequoia, the standalone and independence live appear to require further registration, after a bit of digging I found this patch which fixes the standalones and leaves the vsti untouched:

Hi Sunny, please, I have a question to you and anybody else that can help to configure out the issues I am having with Sequoia 15.1.0.215 (DST) .

First, my PC does not allow me anymore to install Sequoia or Samplitude, by extracting while installation I get error about missing this or that file. In other words, I can not install any more programs from Magic.

I use this version of Sequoia 15.1.0.215 (DST) and now after using it for a couple of minutes it freezes, music can keep playing, but I can not click anywhere on the app due to it freezes. For my surprise, opening the task manager to see if Sequoia is not responding, I find no problems inside the task manager which let me think it just freezes, but it is active or not sending the right info to the task manager. In Task manager, the program is working just fine.

Sequoia opens really very fast in my PC, all was going great until a week ago, which it started to behave differently.

The space bar does not stop the cursor by playing a song AND, when I open a plugin, it opens but not with the original graphic interface but with the parameter dialogue page, then I have to go up and select Plugin Dialogue Page to change it there, then I get the original graphic of the plugin.

All this situation is making me crazy, and I need some help in order to see if I can save this situation to avoid installing windows and all apps again!

I really will appreciate a lot if you or others can help me to get this fixed, I really feel very down with this situation.

Finally, my old version installed of Samplitude X Pro started to ask me to write a serial number to keep it working. The serial number starts with a P2- then the place where I have to write the serial, if you also can give me a serial number I will be really happy.
