Installing the original content is slow and tedious, but it does give access to more instruments, but there is still no info on how to authorize the Deluxe Content. It's locked. Do you have any advice funtime??

When open the installer says: "Installation aborted. Cannot find any Sound Content to copy"

Anyone can say something to fix this? I'm on macOS

Use Better Zip (last version) to decompress files...not Keka! You can try also Stuffit Destination!

And that make me think that is not the first time that I have problems with Keka, I'm gonna stop to use Keka.

I've spent 5 hours installing, reinstalling and authorising and re authorising for nothing. The new content is locked!! I trashed Sample Tank 3 .xml and generated a new file but it crashes. I can find no solution to unlocking the extra content. We need a fix and explicit instructions. Installing 30 Gb's of data is no form of entertainment if the uploader doesn't supply adequate information.

I'm in the same boat. Upgraded SampleTank to the latest v3.7.3, reinstalled the lot. Everything seems to be working with the keygen, but Bonus/Deluxe content will not unlock :(

had enough of messing around with this crudite i don't think its the keygen i just thing the softwares crap even people who bought it are having the same issues just a good idea badly implemented written by idiots trying to be clever releasing software thats fucked and doesn't work and worst charging people 300 quid for it reminds me of that crap korg nano that i don't know of anyone that got that to work and just get a platitude filled response of them as to have to get it to work may as well say stick the mousecable in your mouth head but your computer as hard as you can while turning your computer on and off while holding the end of the plug in ya mouth rubbing your feet on the carpet

To re-authorize Sampletek IN MAC, (first close Sampletank etc) go to users/yourname/library/preferences and trash or backup and trash the com.ikmultimedia.SampleTank 3.plist file and thgen re-opne Sampletek and this time use the keygen from the new Syntronik share. Not sure if it will work the deluxe pqck yet but I'll try.

finally worked for me best way is install it is install the synth itself authorize it install all the sounds reauthorise the synths then sample 3 and voila it works

its not bad don't think it justified 25 gig and its unclear whats gfoing on with the oscilators been no wave forms and certainly not worth the 300 quid asking price their asking prob be better off with a rob papen synth to be honest but i suppose its ok for what it is but again just seems to clever for what it does and what it does hmm well jury still out on that one

Ok bro... at the end of this battle I managed to make EVERYTHING work! This is what I did:

1) Uninstall the Syntronik and Sampletank 3
2) Reinstall both plugs
3) For those who have problems use Better Zip to decompress the Deluxe Content and the Content Bonus since Keka doesn't work!
4) Install the Deluxe Content first and then the Bonus Content
5) Reauthorize Syntronik through Authorization Manager, without launching the plug.
6) Open the Sampletank 3 to allow the rescan of all installed products.
7) Leave the Sampletank 3 open and than re-authorize it using the Authorization Manager. You will notice that the plug will be scanned again as soon as it is authorized, but the new products installed will only be scanned. Check that everything is authorized!
8) Open Syntronik and wait for it to scan the library. You will notice that automatically the new products will be authorized!

Done!

I hope this can help all those who have not yet been successful in all this!

I tried the Windows install order which I used with the old Syntronik but didn't work this time...... yours did and you saved me pulling out the hair I have left.

Hi Bro....One last thing if I'm allowed: regarding the missing part of the library for the T-03 model, if someone had the missing samples folder 'T-03 Min Decay samples Folder', it would be perfect if you could upload it here on this site as well that the work would be complete in the end! To check the correct functioning of the presets in question it's sufficient to go to the T-03 presets browser and try to load one of the presets that start with 'Saw Min Dcy xx.xx.xx' or 'Sqr Min Dcy xx.xx.xx'. If they cannot be loaded then you will have the same problem as me but if by chance they should work, locate the foder in question in the 'Samples' folder, compress it and share it for everyone!

Hello, thanks for your help. I seem to be missing something. I only have 3 presets for the T-03: 1.) Long Fall Mono Glide, 2.) Saw Full Variable, and 3.) Simple Saw Bass.

How many do you have?

UPDATE: Nevermind! My dumb ass had somehow ended up with 2 different places that contained different parts of the Syntronik Factory Content library. The place that also had SampleTank and other IK Multimedia apps only had Syntronik Free. I think when I updated to 1.1.0 or something, I didn't make sure the disk path in SampleTank was going to my Syntronik Factory Content library so EVERYBODY BE CAREFUL OF THAT. If you delete the wrong thing(preferences, etc.), SampleTank will PROBABLY default to someplace other than where you put your Syntronik Factory Content library.

Also, I too am missing the T-03 Min Decay samples Folder.
Learn how to make tight, radio-ready mixes with the STOCK plugins in your DAW. After that, THEN you can horde out!

This has been a disaster. I reinstalled Sample Tank and now all libraries are locked. It's all very well having Micky62's explanation, but at this stage that means downloading everything from scratch. It's a bit late to find out Keka doesn't work. I was wondering why I was needing Pacifist to install everything. I'm going to just trash everything related to Sample Tank.

I'm sorry to hear that you failed to authorize all the Syntronik libraries and I'm sorry I arrived late but it took me quite a lot of work hours and various attempts before finding the final solution. I believe that if you can have all the installers you need, you should do it by following my guide. I advise you to proceed by step: first remove everything and than install the old version of Syntronik and do the same thing for Sampletank (starts with v.3.6.0 for Sampletank and v.1.0.0 for Syntronik).Install the old 2017 library, authorizes the 17 modules provided at that time with an old keygen. If everything goes as it should, then you will be ready to follow my guide to complete the final installation!

In conclusion what you need are:

1) Two old installers of Syntronik and Sampletank 3
2) The 3 installers of the libraries (Factory Content 2017, Deluxe Content, Bonus Content)
3) The two updated installers for Syntronic and Sampletank
4) Better Zip or Stuffit Destination to decompress everything!

If you decide to do it and you still need me, let me know and good luck bro !!

N.B.: If you were able to install and authorize Factory Content 2017, it will be sufficient to remove the Syntronik and Sampletank 3 before updating to the current versions! Do not remove the Factory Content for any reason and I advise you to install it in an external HD!

Miroslav is locked too, so do I need to download that again too? And what about preference files? I couldn't re-authorize Sample Tank until I deleted it from the main library and the user library, but then all the working libraries stopped working. So it seems that I have to scrap everything and begin over afresh. Which is going to be a lot of data and still not a guaranteed outcome. I can't help feeling this could have had better instructions to begin with.

Hi Mick, thanks for your eagerness to help. At the moment I have restored everything from a backup. Copied Sample Tank 3.7.1 (I think 3.7.3 is latest) and all the prefs back and restarted. I had my Sample Tank library on an external so I have all but the Syntronik Deluxe working. The Syntronik App is fine as well. Miroslav 2 is back and running too. As much as I hate incomplete installs, I'm not going to fret over this too much, I have every classic synth plugin I could ever need from many developers. So unless there's a fix for just adding the Deluxe content, I have no desire to redo the entire process.
