NOTE :
To activate Syntronik and Philharmonik2, you also need to activate SampleTank3.
All current sample based products are based on SampleTank3.

This seems to imply that you also have to have SampleTank3 installed in order to activate Syntronik. Can anyone confirm this please?

I don't understand this!.. I have the latest SampleTank3,
and i installed this 53BG content of Syntronik....authorization went with no problem, but everything for Syntronik is greyed out on SampleTank!! What's going on???

Not really. It's akin to what happened with Atmosphere -> Omnisphere. Such a big upgrade that it is a completely different product.

Besides this is completely synth focused, whilst SS2 has instruments from all kinds of sources.

The hosts file is really just a .txt file, with the ".txt" extension removed. In order to edit the file, all you have to do is right-click on it, go to "open with" and choose "notepad." when it is opened, add your line of information, and click "save" on the notepad. it will save it as a .txt file. just right-click again, go to "rename", and remove the '.txt" from the end. Click anywhere that is inside the folder , and it will be a "Hosts" file again.
If you are not the Administrator of the computer, then you should still be able to right-click on the Hosts file, go to "properties," and uncheck "Read only".
This will allow you to make the same steps as above. Remember, when you have edited the Hosts file, remove the .txt extension, and then right click again, go to "properties," and check the 'read only" properties of the file.
Otherwise (if you don't return it to it's "read only" status), malware can open and edit it without permission.
It should always be (when you are finished editing it), made to be a "Read only" file, with no .txt extension.
That's all there is to it.
(it sounds more complicated than it is).
You can find the same type of instructions by just Googling "editing my Hosts file."

Without Sample Tank 3.7 only few synth loaded, after sample tank 3.7 every preset worked perfectrly. Windows 10 x64 Cubase 9

I can't get it to work!! I installed this and the SAMPLE TANK 3.7 FIXED, i tried few times to authorized it and it just doesn't work! It says Authorization successful, but all the Presets on the Syntronik are gryed out and also the Syntronik presets on the SampleTank 3!


Also- when you click the SampleTank 3 icon, it shows 3.6.0 and when you click the info on the SampleTank 3 GUI, it shows 3.7.0, What's going on, so which version is this?
