I downloaded it from filemoney and there is only Windows installer. Is there Mac installer somewhere?

from what i can see, this installer only copies the content of the included "contents" folder according the config file in said folder. it basically looks for your ezkeys installlation folder and copies the content of the midi folder there.
on osx thats probably /Library/Application Support/EZKeys/Midi

oK when it Downloads to My Download Folder this is What it Puts in the Download folder

you probably downloaded the .html file that's pointing to the actual .rar archive.
try to download again from another link.
if you are looking for actual .mid files, don't download this.
the files contained in the archive only work within EZkeys.
