Omnisphere Patch Library 2.1.0e Update

Instructions:
The installer you downloaded comes with three folders:
Mac
STEAM
Windows
• OSX users: Open the Mac folder to find the installer .pkg to run.
• PC users: Open the Windows folder to find the installer .exe to run.
Please run the installer directly from within the folder and do not change the
folder hierarchy. The installers rely on the folder hierarchy presented in the
download to function properly. It is not necessary to open the STEAM folder.
NOTE: Please do NOT try to manually install the STEAM folder.
The installer automatically checks the Spectrasonics folder on your startup
drive to determine the STEAM folder location. The Upgrade will then be

I did not perform the previous 2.1 update, which it seemed some users had issues with... Is it ok just to run this over OG R2R/HEXWARS release, or like some Spectrasonics releases, is it necessary to perform the intermediary? thanks for this share Intrinsic and Mono!

i did the previous update, and then did this one over it. so now when i load up omnisphere it says software 2.1.0d (64bit), omnisphere soundsources 2.0c, omnisphere patches 2.1.0e, trillian vip patches 1.4.6c

Great! Somethings should be left alone! Why didn't I listen to myself!!

O2 was working fine for me until I tried these updates. Now my authorization is unrecognized... even though it's displaying the correct one. The .plist is also showing the correct one. However, does anyone know why there's a "net.spectrasonics.V4.plist" and a "net.spectrasonics.V6.plist"?
I noticed the V6.plist had the correct O2 authorization. Maybe the other one was for the original Omnisphere? Anyone?
Also... for some reason, I'm unable to "paste" the auth code in the Omnisphere registration page... (even though I see the correct one there). The reason I'm trying to paste over the other one is that I see a space between two characters that shouldn't be there which made me think that's why the authorization is failing... but like I said, the V6.plist shows the correct one!!! (????)

I'm having the same issue. If anyone knows a fix please share.

Edit: Ok i deleted the original omnisphere component, reverted back to 2.0.1 after reeinstallation. Then I loaded up the VST version to register it (in case I would be stuck on the registration screen again). Now everything works fine. No update for me however.

Working perfectly fine here (osx 10.9.5) just installed the .pkg like the directons said to do & left the STEAM folder alone & all is good! Just to make sure I tested Plugin Guru Kid Anthem Patch (which requires 2.1.0) & like I stated, all is good Thank you 4 this Intrinsic...

hmmm, some reports of trouble on this.... had some issues with omni2 remembering omni1 patches 100% with OG patch... Will perhaps wait a little bit before jumping on this...(or clone my system drive again before) but still 100% appreciate the share.

i've had some problems with the OG v2 losing presets from V1, haven't updated to this yet... but yes, can get frustrating, for safety's sake, I tend to save the preset as a channel setting or preset in my DAW as well.... but i hear you anvier!

I may be missing something but this DL seems to only have the patch Library update not the Software update for Mac. I tried the last release (2.1.0d) and that did not work, needed to roll back to software 2.0.3. Patches are updated as expected.

you can try install the frist patch Library again
if you get errors from this update ,
spectrasonics should have these bugs fixed next time
and tested this them selfs frist befor they posted it on there updates page.

don't for-get to patch the right plugins again after you updated them
on win the update installs 4 plugins 2 x 64 and 2 x 86 ?

just wanted to check in to see how this update was working for OSX users... I haven't gone there yet, as some had problems, and didn't want to bonk mine... everything cool? appreciate the release though... i'm just a bit cautious!

have you patched it with R2R public key right? Nice to have an update for the plugs too and not only patches/sound data.

I just want to point out that if you patched it with R2R public key, it will work with both R2R and HEXWARS keygens, since they worked together in this case and they used the same RSA keypair so keygens and binaries from both teams are compatible
Just saying cause there's a native Mac keygen, so it's easier to authorize without having to go on win or use wrappers/VMs/Wine...C/R protections are a pita when only a Win keygen is available, but not in this case luckily!

or if the mac keygen patched the plugins as well as made a key
lot of mac users are still getting errors over this
and said the key they had didnt work on any updates,
good to know the R2R and HEX keys will work togetter
