It does not work. Or it is not working.

It works flawlessly within reaper / WIN7X64.
Which DAW are you using ?

Allright, can you be more specific about your issue ?
Do you see the plugin within your available vst list ?
If not, are you sure the .dll path is the same than every other vst you already have ?
Have you tried to flush and rescan your plugins database ? ...
As a matter of fact, it's all dark
