For anyone having problems with cpu use I found this plugin does not like non ASIO drivers (windows7) use ASIOforALL and you should be fine.

I think the prob in my case is running 8.1 and not 7...cuz my soundcard has good drivers (roland) and my PC, besides running good, is not an old piece of junk!
I hope they update it soon to solve it....
