If you are updating from an earlier version - You must un-install your existing version before installing the latest updates.

Otherwise you will get a message saying "Another version of this product is already installed..."

The solution to this is to un-install MEAP via control Panel Add / Remove Programs and then install the latest version.

If this is your first install - Simply run the installer and check your Start Menu.
