I hope that note was extraordinary. Make it really count.

What are your specs?

Q6600 at [email protected] is usually still fast enough for the most VSTs :) This one is killing my good ole q6600 !

i know i have to get a better CPU so an I5 or I7 is my next buy :)

Hey man I just recently upgraded myself and was on a Pentium D before with 4 GB. That was the first dual core processor released so you can imagine the torture. Got myself a brand new 4th gen i7 with 32 GB so I'm in heaven right now.

lucky dude ! i should be ok with 8GB and a i5-4670 on a Z87 board.

even with an I7 some bad programmed VSTi´s will CPU peak on chords or long release times. Mostly Synthedit plugins or plugins from independent developers without much experience that try to make fast cash with their little synth projects

Yeah it was long overdue, I was working on that old system for a long time. Then when my hard drive was dying I just couldn't take it anymore. You're right about the sloppy coding on some VSTs, that's why it's great to have AudioZ.

No idea why someone would vote this comment down. We didn't introduce comment ratings so people would go around voting down everything for absolutely no reason. Please only vote down comments that really deserve it. Remember that this factors into a person's rating so it shouldn't go down unless there's a reason. It's basically community moderation so you need to be responsible with your decisions.

Always good to see VTX releases. ..... even if they're not new.

It was a nice try (GUI, concept, workflow...) but the sound was not there.
Demos are over produced, and when you listen to the RAW sound...it is pure deception.

Same happens with Sonic Academy ANA. Lack of bass frequencies, no envelops impact....too bad.

Thanks for sharing a VTX release !

Put a RAT pedal on it and there you go - instant EDM and sounds as analog as it can be! :))

I also agree about ANA. And I can't use a synth without at list a rudimentary modulation matrix.

i used A.N.A in some commercial house tracks for chords and synths in the past 2 years. some dudes asked me if it was a Hardware synth.

I must say that I also get a little disappointed upon the release of this vsti.
Every sound must be tweaked with external fx, lack on bass and etc...But in the end it's not that bad.
For what people call "EDM" A.K.A comercial dance music, this thing have great sounds.

Update: I have used a tool for that, so I can still run older VST plugins, (Effects and Instruments) mainly instruments with Jbridger! You can register for a few bucks! It's great software! Oh Yer!!
