Zebra2 v2.7 Reve 2126
Zebra is our wireless modular synthesizer. It combines many different types of synthesis with a powerful modulation engine. Imagine – you can create any additive, freehand or spline-based waveform you like, apply a vast selection of spectral effects, morph between those waves and send them through classic synth filters. Perhaps use that entire sound as modulator for an FM oscillator, or route it through a comb filter – the building block of physical modeling synthesis. All generator modules, all signal paths, all effects are stereo.

Although the possibilities are practically infinite, you will never be overwhelmed by needless complexity – Zebra's adaptive interface only shows the modules you are actually using. You could be right ....... I dont know about the former release provided by DOA - if it worked without troubles or not, and a lot could have changed since then protection-wise!

Rather pointless release - the serial was blacklisted a long time ago, and the demo can be downloaded at U-he directly.

(But as long as there a enough people who cannot tell a time-bombed synth from a legit one, ok, grab it and have fun.)

hello, fellow, filled with the highest hopes, zebrists,

this serial was working on all v2.6.0 releases, until 01-06-2013, after that time only in demonstration mode (or with system date set back)...

who knows, perhaps the developer has thought that everybody has given up trying to use it, so pulled it out from the dll (smaller size, more efficient code, etc. this here me thinks)...

even if only one possibility, great news, will test it, will also report back later (still have the old user.txt file, containing this serial, in its folder)...

somewhat later edit, will try those old serials with all their newest releases, perhaps will work (for some while, at least)...

this release might not work, read what r2r wrote in their realease of zebra v2.6.0.1559:

!!! BEFORE INSTALLING OUR U-HE RELEASES !!!
Our release installs data to MyDocuments\u-he.
Delete old files if you can see in that folder.
Old license (especially the one by DOA) will trigger the timebomb.
Read NFO to learn the way how they protect their product.

Also you should know that the serials by DOA is already banned and it causes the well known timebomb after a while. You should remove the old registration before you install this.

Slimy stuff? This isn't Tone 2 here. Urs just came up with a good copy protection that doesn't annoy the actual buyers. It just messes up the cracked plugin. More developers should do stuff like that.

the tone2 devs are not smart enough to do that. but instead they pack their plugins with PECompact and alter your system files and edit the host files.

It's annoying anyway to have demo-noise or -message on the plug-in. If more developers would adopt his "mild" copy protection, it quickly would be cracked for sure!

As long as Urs Heckmann is a small developer his protection will work…

this here me thinks that Urs Heckmann is really very generous with the applied minimum of limitations in all U-He releases...

zebra goes out of tune after fifteen minutes -> reload plug-in...
ace, diva, with their noise annoyance factor -> pull back on the master volume, push up the module volume or the envelope, gate, modulation knob, nearly no way to feel so very annoyed...

one can modify, save, etc. his, her, own presets, in every release by this company...

also there are free, without copy protection, instruments, released by them, most of these are even excellent...

this here me thinks their way of operation is rather rare among developers (being so small or being so big)...

I have a legit version of ACE, and had the timebombed ver. of Zebra 2.6 prior... Its to good to be true to think that Zebra 2.7 will work right... I'll keep my eye out on this page for responses
