The Saturation Knob is a modeled output distortion that can be used anywhere you need some grit. Use it to fatten up bass lines, add some harmonics and shimmer to vocals, or simply destroy your drum loop.

The three modes, Keep High, Neutral and Keep Low give you three kinds of characters of distortion. If you want to squash a drum loop but keep the bass drum fairly intact, you can for example use the Keep Low mode

Just get message in Studio One ...... 'Your host software is not authorized to use Saturation Knob. Plugin will not be loaded.'

Any Ideas anyone?

strange, because saturation knob is a default-plugin in studio one.
downloaded it from the official presonus homepage months ago and for me it works flawlessly in studio 1.

nice little plugin, been using it on a parallel kick to add some extra punch to it.

malky.. If you are using Studio One 2.5.1 or above this plugin comes as an "extension" for it. Type "studio one" in the search box at the top and it will be the 3rd listing down. It could be that Studio One has a further detection method of this plugin because it hosts it as an extension? I haven't tried installing it as a normal 3rd party vst because the extension was available free for Studio One users months ago like smee said. The extension is also v1.3.13, and it's vst3.

Yes smee ... I have the included version. Maybe it conflicts somehow. I think the included version is vst2 .... Is it not? I know this version vst3 is not working for me.

all user cubase 6 or 7 put the file in the VST3 folder in programms -steinberg-cubase 6 or 7 -VST3

yea no luck in FL. Keep getting "the procedure entry point QuerryFullProcessImageNameA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Thats from DL from the website. The file CHAOS just says not installed properly after I've put it in the VST3 folder.

Any suggestions ?
