This is only a guide or a guide+ vst plugins from this app Mackie Tracktion? By the way, never heard of it.

@CHAOS.Cracks.cx work fine for me in Ableton Live Suite v8.4.1

the thing with tracktion 4 is that it is exe and the plugins are embedded in the exe so there is no way to unpack it but you never say never.

Awesome Mackie Reverb!!! 10NX CHAOS! On W8.1x64 in Live 9.1x64 work fine thru JBridge 1.5.

Crappy just compared these plugins to TC plugins as in "not bad, like TC Electronic plugins, too". Yeah, I guess these plugins are nothing special, but not bad, either, just like those old TC Native plugs.

edit: I'm already quite surprised by the quality of the reverb. It sounds even better to me than those old TC Native plugins. I can rather *almost* compare it to the new TC M40. Not bad, more metallic sounding, but better sounding than I thought they would sound. Good "creative" reverb, extraordinarily long 300ms predelay! :) I wonder who programmed these... "Loud Technologies". hmmm they could be "Kind of Loud Technologies" which got bought by UAD. ;)

1) They sound quite good (and they have internal 64bit precision audio processing)
2) They are very CPU-efficient

Probably not exactly high-end by today's standards but perfect for use on older single-core machines.
I remember running an arrangement with a few VSTis and around 15 audio tracks plus these plugins on a PIII-1GHz laptop running Tracktion 3.0.4.8 without hiccups.

I tested Tracktion a fuc***g whole summer in 2005, and found it was a OK sequenser - thats all! Plugs isnt much better than the plugs you get in Cubase!!!!

I have worked with TC Electronic plugs for many years and know this:
They can do the job complete, because its the very best!

Basically: you should not compare non-pro plugs with pro plugs!

Phloopy, I was comparing these plugins to old TC Native bundle that was discontinued years ago. I never liked the sound of those TC plugins except maybe the reverb, but there are much better alternatives now, like TC M40 reverb. I have TC plugins that came with Konnekt 48, but I still don't think very highly of them and I rarely use them, except M40 and Fabrik R. It seems I just don't like TC dynamic and EQ plugins, but their hardware is top of the line. :)

Maybe you think that Tracktion plugs are better than TC Electronic plugs that comes almost for free ..... Thats your point of view!
